Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac and overlooking a beautiful golf course, this spacious one-level home is designed for comfort, convenience, and unforgettable family memories. Less than 2 miles from the beach, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds—peaceful mornings on the golf course green and easy access to sandy shores, ocean waves, and all the coastal charm the OBX is known for.

Salty Dog on the Greens is designed with space and comfort in mind, Salty Dog on the Greens features a thoughtfully laid-out single-level floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it ideal for larger families, multi-family vacations, or group stays.

The Space

This family-friendly home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. With everything on one level, it’s easy for guests of all ages to relax and move around. Recent renovations and updates are underway, bringing fresh coastal style, modern touches, and enhanced comfort to your stay—making Salty Dog on the Greens an even more inviting retreat.

At the heart of the home, you’ll find a central living area—perfect for gathering, relaxing, and spending quality time together with a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your needs. The open layout allows everyone to feel connected while still offering private sleeping spaces on separate wings of the home.

The East Wing holds a private Master Suite with King Bed for a peaceful retreat and a Queen Bedroom with easy access to a full bathroom while the West Wing holds a King Bedroom and a spacious, modernized loft-style bedroom featuring 2 Queens and 2 Twin XL bunks. Two full bathrooms are conveniently located; one with a shower, and one with a tub- perfect for families with kids or pup baths.

Outdoor Living

Step outside and take in the peaceful golf course views; we are located on green #3 at SeaScape Golf Course just steps from the backyard. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee, enjoying an evening drink, or letting the kids play, the setting offers a quiet and tranquil escape away from the crowds. Located on a low-traffic cul-de-sac, it’s perfect for families looking for a safe and relaxing environment. Enjoy plenty of room to spread out both inside and out with a fully fenced-in yard—great for kids and dogs. The home offers both front and rear decks for relaxing, and enjoying the coastal breeze. The rear deck also features a fire pit, smoker, and griddle for all your outdoor cooking needs.

There is additional outdoor relaxation space in the back yard offering a hammock, outdoor chairs, and a chiminea for you to unwind and enjoy the salty air.

Pet Friendly

We know pets are part of the family—so bring your furry pup friend along! This home is dog-friendly, offering fenced in back yard so everyone can enjoy the vacation together.
